Default Freelensing

Has any of you heard about or used a technique called Freelensing?

Flickr: Freelensing

Is it hard to achieve?
What are your tips for using this technique?

Freelensing is simular to tilt shift photography for people who can't afford it. Basically you take your lens loose from your camera and offset or tilt it the take a photo. You have to be carefull to not allow light to enter behind the lens. Also it's a trick trying to hold the camera and lens. Works best if you use a tripod and remote shutter release. I posted a link a couple of months back. It's in the DIY section of this forum. Here's the link again. http://www.ksmt.com/dcm-bellows/dcm-bellows_e.htm . Someone had taken an old vinyl camera case and made a freelense bellow out of it. This will keep light and dust out of the camera.

Have never heard of freelensing before. Had a look at the Flickr page, interesting photos and I can see the similiarities in technique. Is this something that is done in camera or PP? Would be interested to learn how this is done.
Cheers
