Came across these and just wondering what kind of PP can help ye achieve this effect, especially the second one.

Gave a thought but that guy seems kinda buys-bee (although I left a message anyway).....btw it won't hurt to have a chit-chat here on our own 'school'...who knows, I might learn something else...(anything will work :P)

Second is just a yellow filter over the first image.
The first image looks like some sort of action. I'd definitely contact the creator.
