Hi I have read all the tutorials listed in the thread for the assignment this week and thought I had caught a grasp about the motion blur so I tried a few things and no matter how fast or slow the object was moving it never looked blurred, now if I wasnt trying to do this of course I prob would have done it by accident. I used a lower iso to account for the lightning and not looking over exposed or blown out and I used to start 3 to 5 seconds for the exposure/shutter speed but as luck would have it I could not get the image to be blurred so any suggestions I appreciate it thanks.

I'm moving this thread over to the technique section. Can you post a sample of one of the photos that you took that isn't showing the blur and post it along with the EXIF data?

Sorry I was mad and I deleted them I will try again but I was spinning a coin since it would have constant movement so I could get the technique down. But I varied anywhere between 2.5 to 5 seconds for ss/exposure used ISO 100 and other ones varied depending on those settings and I used the self timer for no camera shake. Illt ry to try it again.
