I use facebook for all my advertising, but I have noticed that all the images I upload are grainy. Other photographers photos on facebook are clear, is there a way to fix it, maybe in the way its saved in editing or the way its uploaded?

Can you get screenshots of your images that are unclear and those that are? For the most part, images on Facebook will look off because of the intense compression.

I agree with ShantDotMe, you need to do your own resizing before you upload your images to FB. If you don't they will automatically resize if for you and you may not be pleased with the results. Do it yourself and you can control the outcome. Be sure to pay close attentoin to height, width and overall file size; going over on any of these could trigger their intervention.
(If you have PS you can choose to "Save for web" which allows you to reduce the file size with a 'quality' slider so you can see the end results.Click on the '2 up' tab so you can see the before and after as you move the slider, then watch the file size down in the corner until it is down where you need it. You'll be amazed at how small you can make the file without degrading the image.)
