From what I can see it looks like moiré, but you generally only see that in images with larges swatches of a single pattern, not in bands like appears in your shot. You'll need to post a full sized shot straight out of camera to determine whether it's a camera issue or a software problem.

Oh yes I can see it all right
One thing I can think it might be a defect in the sensor
have you ever updated the firmware for your camera?
may need to go and download the firmware for your camera
if not sure look in your manual and see if their are any instruction on how to update the camera firmware

but do be careful

Oh yeah, I see it now, don't know what it is though, looks like moire........ never seen moire on a wall before.......
