This site seems to cover some of the basics to get started Aquarium Photograpy

I just googled 'aquarium photography' which yielded quite a lot of results too. Some of the fishkeeping sites look quite useful as they are looking at the subject with an understanding of the quirks of the aquarium itself too, rather than just from a photography angle.

Hope that helps.

My general theory for shooting in aquariums is to use a prime lens or a macro lens, a wide aperture, a higher ISO, and a faster shutter speed. A prime lens works pretty well (helps get the wider aperture), and a macro lens is really good for getting closer to the glass/fish.
