Default 50 mm EF for $90....come on.
I was on Amazon and saw a 50mm for 89.99 USD. I was surprised because I had always seen them for $100. I guess my main question is what is the difference between these two lenses. I can't tell, but I don't want to buy it and be sorry.

No, it was probably $89.99. Amazon pricing isn't static. I was surprised when the thrifty fifty went over $100. When I first got my XT, the 50/1.8 II was "always" ~$85 on Amazon.
