Default Panasonic Class 10 SHDC cards.

I just picked up an 8GB Panasonic Class 10 card, and I was wondering what other people thought of it?

Ive seen them on sale. Class 10 is technically faster than almost any camera on the market. I wouldnt go any higher than a 4 or 8GB card, though.

I found that shooting in RAW, i was only able to get about 2fps and I could get the 4fps in jpeg mode. I compared against a class 4,6 and 10 and they all seemed about the same.

Exactly: what that means is that the camera is the limiting factor.

You should be able to get the full FPS rate (depending on shutterspeed, of course) of the camera UNTIL the buffer fills. that just happens earlier with RAW than with JPG. it doesnt affect actual FPS.

If you read my above post you'd notice that I said exactly that: the camera is the limiting factor in the equation for the most part.
