Are your camera's 5d Classic's?
I'm having a real problem getting my 5d's to work with dlsr pro, i've emailed the makers of the program but not had a responce. Basicly when i'm connectiong everything, it says connected to 5d, but when i try and take the pic it says i need to turn off the lcd display, i don't think this is possible with the 5d classic, so i turned the review time to 'off' and still say's the same thing.

Did you have any problems?
