Default Determining kit price

So in considering if I should sell and upgrade my kit, I was wondering how I can go about getting a fair estimate as to the price I should be asking for it (and what I'd realistically get). I'm considering the Chicago Craig's List market, if that makes any difference.

Canon:
Canon XTi Kit (18-55mm lens) - good condition, slight scratch on flash hotshoe
Canon 50mm f/1.8 - great condition
Canon 75-300mm II - great condition
SanDisk Extreme III 8GB CF (30MB/s)
Targus professional grip (TG-BGXTI)
2 Canon NB-2LH batteries
LowePro Rezo 160 AW
Various non-OEM accessories - wireless remote, flash difuser

Nikon:
Nikon D60 (18-55mm VR lens) - great condition
Nikkor 55-200mm VR - great condition
LowePro Apex 140AW
Targus professional grip (TG-BGD40)
Various non-OEM accessories - wireless remote

All lenses have filters. Thank you in advance.

May I ask why not keep the lenses when you upgrade?

Why not just see what the stuff is going for on Craigslist? If the market is thin there check the NYC market. You could also see what they go for on e-bay or look at Fred Miranda which is a very active marketplace.

I've had very good luck selling lenses on eBay. They seem to retain their value quite well.

You can check recently sold items on eBay to get an idea of what those items actually sell for. You'll usually get more selling it piece by piece than you will as a kit, but there's the additional hassle and expense of dealing with multiple buyers.
