Hi,
I need help in choosing a book between two contenders: 1. The Adobe Photoshop CS3 Book for Digital Photographers by Scott Kelby 2. The Digital Photography Book by Scott Kelby Second book waas recommended in today's newsletter but when I was looking for it on Amazon I also saw the first book. I have CS3 software. Which one would be a better investment? I am guessing that these books may have overlapping content. Please help. |

I'm going to agree with ddr. I have the CS3 book and it's all focused on editing, there's really nothing about actually taking the picture before you get to the editing stage. So I'd figure out if you want to learn more about taking the photo or editing the photo and that should go a long way towards figuring out which book you want. That being said, I think the CS3 book is an excellent resource!

Thanks everyone! From a quick browse of the description on Amazon it was not very clear who is the target audience for the books. Thanks to you guys, I now know!
I need the post processing book so I am going with the CS3 book. Thanks Again and Happy Holidays! |
