The Nikon 35mm f/1.8. It's fairly cheap and the image quality is awsome. Primes are fun for composing and it will also give you a solution for low-light situation. It will also auto-focus on you D60.
You could also check for and external flash such as the SB600. It's in the same price range, again a solution for low-light situation and bounces are really fun to play with. A good tripod is also a very nice addition. A good one such as the Manfrotto 190XPROB is in the same price range. Finally, you could wait for the 85mm f/3.5 macro that should be out soon but it's a little bit more expansive. That's 4 ideas !!!

A book. Seriously.
Until you've totally maxed out your current equipment, more gear is only going to weigh your bag down and empty your wallet

Last summer I purchased the book called The Photographer's Eye: Composition and Design for Better Digital Photos. The Photographer's Eye I must admit I saw a real improvement. It cover the art portion of photopgrahy and how to better frame which is something you don't read about often. Book such as Understanding Exposure are good, but I passed Aperture, ISO and Shutterspeed concepts long time ago. 5 ideas now !!
