Sigma Lens Question

I have a Sigma SA7n and two Sigma lenses that fit the camera. Each time I look up any lenses for Sigma the results show Sigma (lens) for Nikon, Sigma (lens) for Canon. I have 3 other Nikons so I know for sure that the lens is not compatible for Nikon. Are these lenses only good on my Sigma body? Or in this case is the lens Sigma (lens) for Sigma? I am contemplating selling the camera and the lenses and I need to know the compatibility if asked. Thanks!

Sigma makes lenses for themselves as well as other companies. They make the same lens with just different mounts (one for Nikon, one for Canon, one for Sony, etc).

Depending on the lens and the mount that Sigma uses for their own bodies these lenses may or may not be useable.

Sigma does indeed have their own mount. I had an SD10 with the sigma mount. These lenses will only be usable on a Sigma body.
