Default Card Readers

Hi everyone,
I want to buy a card reader for compact flash and sd cards used in my digi cameras.
Has anyone any comments good or bad on whats out there. I will consider most prices if there is a long term benifit to be had.

Regards
Terry

Hi,
Get a Lexar Professionnal UDMA card reader.
Good performance on tests & takes CF & SD.
Also available as USB or Firewire (bit harder to find).
I have model RW-35-7000

The reader I use I paid $12.00 for at Radio Shack. It reads CF and SD cards, so I'm happy. If it stops working, I'll just buy another inexpensive one.

Thank you both for the input. I have been looking at the Lexar Pro UDMA and I think I will go with this. Unfortunately I do not seem to have a firewire port on the PC so I will have to go with the standard kit.
Thanks once again
