Default Zeikos filters, any good???

Hey guys,
I got 3 free filters with my new Canon 17-55mm f2.8 lens. They are CPL, FLD and a UV.
Being that they were included in the kit I'll have to guess they're not very good.
What does the CPL and FLD do? Can i benefit from these at all?

Thanks
R.

CPL is a Circlular Polarizer. FLD Coverts flourecent light to white light. FDL was used on film cameras when shooting in flourecent light with film for daylight. Not used much with digital cameras.

Oh, so CPL is just a polarizing filter? I already have one for that lens form Singh.
Any idea how good or crappy Zeikos is?? I would hate to carry this stuff around just to ruin my pictures.
