Ok, not sure if this is the best place for this but I'm hoping some people will have some suggestions.
With the winter month's QUICKLY approaching I'm looking for some new gloves that are very warm, hopefully waterproof (though why would I be using my camera in snow/rain) and most importantly very dexterous!! Everything I've seen so far seems to be big and clunky not allowing for the clicking of tiny buttons on my D60. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance |

Look into gloves made for shooting guns. I get mine at a police supply store since finger dexterity is very important to officers.
Make sure you have a chance to try them on of course since every company sizes differently and it gives a good feel for them of course. It took me a few pairs to find ones that worked for me.

I've got two pairs, depending on what Im doing with them.
If I have to be out in the cold for a VERY long time, or if the temperature is really quite cold, I have a thing but warm pair that I double up with my regular ski gloves: the big gloves come off to shoot then go back on afterwards. This way im not freezing my fingers every time I shoot but I still stay warm. If its jut mildly cold, I have a pair of tactical gloves originally designed for military use, so theyre thin but warm and totally awesome. They werent cheap, though: they were about $50.
