Default Question about Raynox DCR 250

I have a Nikon D60 with the 18-55mm VR and 55-200mm VR kit lenses. I'm just wondering if the Raynox DCR 250 lens will fit with the lenses I already have and if it is any good for an inexpensive way to dip my feet in the macro world?

Any advice or info would be great. Thanks

Yes - it has a clip fitting that adapts to a wide range of lenses (fits on all mine) and, while perhaps not the best macro solution, has the benefit of being relatively inexpensive and flexible.

It is also fun to play with attaching it to different lenses. At about 100mm, it seems to give about 1:1 performance and you can push on with longer lenses to extreme magnification (and almost unusable shallow depth of field!).

Take a look at things indoor. As long as you can get a reasonable amount of light, you'll find a fascinating world even where you sit.
