HELP! Choosing a Wireless Flashgun Trigger in ebay

Hi guys
This morning I tried to search Wireless Flashgun Trigger in ebay
And I'm pretty surprised how cheap and varies they are...
My concern is, are those cheap trigger will be reliable for 1-2 years?

I put 3 different trigger below, and if anyone has ever used them, would you please tell me how this things work?

First one looks like it is used for studio strobes, and not flash guns.

I just bought the second one, and so far it works well, though I've only tested it in my condo.

The third looks similar to the second.

There will be some that may chime in here to get Alien Bees or something similar. I say to get something inexpensive to see if it will work for you and the inexpensive ones can be used as an emergency backup.
