I have both the Tamrac adventure 9 and the Lowepro compudaypack.
The Tamrac is without a doubt the nicer of the two bags. Well constructed lots of camera room and ample room for a laptop. The big drawback to this bag is as a day to day bag there are no other compartments for storing things like biz cards, wires or other computer/office related stuff. There is one large compartment but is more meant for a jacket or something. The compudaypack is smaller and does not fit as much camera gear, the straps are smaller and has no waist or chest straps but has better day-day management with pockets for biz cards, pens, wires etc. It is obviously not as well made as the Tamrac bag but has a much smaller profile. so chances are I will still end up with another to find the best of both worlds
