Well I recommend you test the lens immediately, it's very easy, as someone said in this thread, in good light, on a tripod, autofocus on some contrasty surface, text is the best from my experience, and then turn off auto-focus and try to manually 'sharpen' it. if you can get better results, autofocus is not working as it should. Then you send it back for calibration or a new lens. |
