Hahahaha! Sorry! Can't help but laugh!

If it were attached to the flash bracket when it fell, it could have possibly been overtightened, or the weight of the bracket itself?

I don't know,, the metal foot is still with the rF 603 flash trigger, and all the screws are disconnected, after it dropped from 12 inches height..

It just get losen, see the supplier can fix that for me.. no broken part.. not even scratched..

I bought a few YN560s, only one unit works without any mulfunction.

Thank you, for stealing the words right out of my head.

This is why I bought SBs. Sure, theyre more expensive, but I've dropped them from head-height and all they got were scratches.

How long a SB can survive? Or on what condition a SB will die? Anyone knows how to fix the hotshoe?
I love my old Nokia very much. My baby throws it more than 10 times very hard daily. And it still works.. It died only when I washed it in my washing machine.. I love my old Toshiba laptop as well. I threw it from level 1 to ground floor, and it still works with slightly scatched. Both made in Japan. My new laptop's screen broken after been hit by my baby.. so fragile China products nowadays..

My experience about YN:
YN465: Died by itself within 1 month ...
YN560: handicap after dropped from 12 inches after 2 days usage.. I am finding a doctor for it.
Ohter YN560: Keep shouting even i have commanded them to mute..; one have broken sound
YN603N: Too easily get losen..

YN465 is a much better product.
All in risks..

No idea: I try very hard not to drop my gear. I've only dropped one of my 600s once, from about 5 and a half feet (the top of a lightstand). It landed on the corner of the casing. It's scuffed, but thats about it.

No, I wont test it.
