What do you guys think of this monopod?

I have been reading and shopping around, trying to find a good monopod to use while I am out and about. This is the one I am looking at right now:

I know its not one of those $400 monopods but for my level of photography the price is good, I think?

I like the feet but am not sure how well they work. Anyone have experience with this type of monopod?

Its smaller and lighter. I am not sure if I can buy the quick release top or not though? I would hate to screw in my camera every single time I wanted to use the monopod. Do they sell those quick release plates separate?

I just want to make sure I get a good monopod that won't frustrate me!! I am just not sure if there is something better for my needs? I want it light weight, easy to travel with and I do like the quick release plates a lot! I like the idea of the feet but not sure if that causes more problems then a regular one? Any help you can give me, I would be thrilled! I want to order it this week and I don't want to get a dud.
