Default Intro Strobe Kit

I'm looking to try out studio lighting. I want to get an inexpensive strobe kit to see if it's something I'd be interested in pursuing further (spending the right amount of money).

My budget is $100-$200. I've been searching on Amazon for a set of strobe that doesn't seem too weak, but comes with more than just the strobes. I don't mind if the kit doesn't come with a trigger and I have to set them to slave, but I want something that doesn't have a recharge time of 5 seconds (which a few seem to have).

I'd want anywhere from 2-3 lights, with any combination of umbrellas or softboxes. A backdrop system would be nice too, but I understand that my budget probably won't allow for it? Currently I only have an SB-600.

This is an example of what I've been looking at, and the closest I've found to what I want: Intro Kit

Any thoughts? or what have you found is a good starter setup? Thanks!

That deal seems a bit sketchy to me--I didn't see a brand for the strobes and that makes me very nervous. Try this instead--you can adjust as necessary to fit your budget. I've never heard anything bad about Lumopro speedlights. Granted, they're not monobloc strobes like the amazon link, but they're that much more mobile because of it.

For good quality and relatively inexpensive monoblocs, try Paul C. Buff, Inc.. I've used their stuff, with great results.
