First, a grammar/spelling primer. Just because this is the internet, there's no reason not to use correct syntax and spelling.

Don't get so caught up in gear. See this post and download the ebook. Read the section starting on page 27.

Learn to use the gear you have, inside and out, backwards and forwards before buying new gear. Once you've developed your interests and gained some experience shooting, then start evaluating new gear. If your current kit is making it difficult to get the shots you want to get, then buy new stuff.

That being said, every photographer should have a good tripod and a "fast 50" lens (50mm f/1.8). The 50mm prime lens will teach you more about composition than any article on the internet. Any gear beyond that has its specialized purposes, and you'll learn what they are over time as you develop your skills.

Beside spare batteries & memory cards

How is your existing gear restricting your photography, or what do you need to shoot that you cant shoot now?

Do you have lens hoods?

The only other basic stuff is something to clean your lens and possibly some wet weather protection for your camera if shooting in the rain.

The 75-300 came with a hood the 18-55 has not would you recomend getting one for it? I think i am going to keep reading the forums and posts on here some very informative stuff, going to take it out at the weekend maybe to the coast or local country park and see what results i end up with.

Thanks again everyone

I almost always use lens hoods.
They only tine I don't is when they may stop me lighting the subject mostly.
