Workflow when using both Aperture & Photoshop??

Anyone have a good workflow using both programs on the same image?

"Good" may be an overstatement, but I do quite a bit of this kind of round tripping. I tried setting up a separate catalog for derivative PSD files but I found that to be more trouble than it was worth. I had to somehow mark files in my primary catalog to let me know there was a Photoshop version in the other catalog. Then if I wanted to export I had to switch catalogs. Pain in the ass.

Now I leave the derivative file in my primary catalog and remove (but not delete) the original DNG from the collection. That way if I ever need the original file I simply click "All Photographs" and there it is. But when I drill down to collection sets and collections I only see my final, ready to deliver files.
