I am still stuggling to buy speedlight, which one gives more ROI and Learning flash skillset.?

Which one should I buy:

Option 1:

A basic manual flash w/ either cable or triggers will give the best ROI. The lower the investment the greater the ROI. I'd probably choose triggers for flexibility but it won't help you "learn" anything.

Basic lighting skill/knowledge isn't about equipment, it's about implementation.
