Default Best low-light / wide lens for D90

Hi! I'm looking for a low-light lens for indoors. I am having a 50mm 1.8, but I want a wider lens. Any recommendation? (Nikkor or Sigma lens) Thanks!
P/s. I'm a newbie!

How wide do you want? Wider than 50 is easy: there are tons of options. But if you just want a semi-wide then you'll get vastly different suggestions (and prices) than if you want an ultrawide or something else.

You might look into a 35mm F1.8 AF-S DX. That lens only runs around $200 and would be a lot better for the DX camera. The 50mm on the DX is really a short telephoto.

Getting something fast and wider than the 35mm is going to get expensive fast..
