Default easy access lens bag

I'm looking for a smallish bag that will allow me to carry 1 maybe 2 lenses that I can easily access I was looking at something like the Kata Grip-12 DL Holster, maybe something with a shoulder strap that I can sling down by my hip.

Anyone had any experience or know of such a product?

Just about anybodys holster system - Kata. Lowepro, Thank Tank may meet your needs.

I have used all three, and my preference is for the Think Tank system.
Keep in mind that when loaded, and on a belt, it may be an unacceptable load on your belt. That is why I almost always use mine with a harness system, currently Think Tanks.

I did want one with an harness as I often dont have a belt to clip onto.

This is good.

Lowepro - S&F Shoulder Harness

I like this one better (with a Think Tank belt)

Pixel Racing Harness? V2.0

You just configure them with the right attachments depending on the shoot.
It can get expensive if you want more than just a strap for a bag.

Default the lens bag I've used

Couple of years ago I bought a Shootsac and I use it tons when I want to switch lenses without carrying my entire backpack. It is not meant to carry your camera body or super big lenses. It has a large strap that I will position diagonally over one shoulder so the lenses are easily accessible under the opposing arm.

I purchased through Adorama, if that helps.

Depends on your needs.
ShootSac and Boda Bag are both popular for just lens changing and maybe a few accessories...my preference there is towards the Boda Bag.

I personally use a Think Tank Speed Racer as my primary bag these days...loaded lightly it works well as a pro lens changer bag+ accessories. Loaded heavily it carries quite a bit. I can even get it zipped (barely) with a D3+70-200 f/2.8 attached inside.
