When I first got my camera, one of the things I bought was something similar to this.

But I hate it. It's really cushy and all that, but it irritates the crap out of my neck. It doesnt breathe, and it's bloody freakin hot here in Texas. My next one, is going to be one of those shoulder rigs.

I'd suggest just doing a Google search. There are a lot of really cool looking ones out there, depending on what you want.

Black Rapid.
Use the search feature here on DPS for Black Rapid and you can see the number of folks that endorse that strap.

After carrying around my D300 with Nikon 70-200Vr for a few hours I knew the original strap had to go - my aching neck and back. Got the Black Rapid RS7 and have never been sorry. Now I carry that camera on one side and my D700 with Sigma 12-24 on the other and can do it all day in comfort.

+1. I got mine used off eBay for $40. Don't get the knock offs. They're poor quality and besides, would you trust your $1000+ piece of gear dangling off a cheap knock off?
