Sigma/Tokina quandry!

I am really, really wanting a quality ultra wide angle for my Nikon D7000. I just don't know if the 10-20 3.5 Sigma or give up some angle for an f2.8 Tokina 11-16 would be better. Price is really close. I enjoy all photography in the great outdoors and anything else that catches my eye. I really would appreciate some advice from some experienced photographers.
