Default Recommendations for Landscaping 7d lens.

Does the cropped sensor ruin my prospects of shooting more landscape photography? Low-end, mid-range and no-limit would be nice to know, too.

With current lens availability a crop body does't really impact on your landscape shooting ability unless you want an ultrawide Tilt-Shift Lens

Any lens is fine for landscapes.

Focal length depends on what and where you are shooting.

Low end: the EF-S lenses

and sometimes, lens dependant, some of third party lenses.

Midrange: The Canon L lenses however you will not be able to get an ultrawide.
No limit - the Canon tilt-shift series.

I shoot landscapes with Canon G11, 40D & 5D using a variety of lenses but not tilt-shift.

I just came back from two weeks in Ireland, and although I had a fast zoom with me I never took off my Canon 17-85 lens. Not exactly a fast lens at f/4, but IS saved the day when lighting wasn't good. Canon's newer 15-85 could also be a good choice for an affordable option for landscape photography. I never felt limited or restricted with the use of this lens. Here's a few examples:

The Canon 10-22mm EF-S lens is an Ultra Wide-Angle lens made specifically for crop sensors. I've used it and it works great!

Yeah, but the TS-E 17mm is still pretty sweet and wide on a crop.

Low end: the EF-S lenses
Errr... not all. I'd put the EF-S 10-22 in the midrange. The 18-55 kit lens and 50mm f/1.8 II would be the low-end lenses for landscape, as I reckon it.

Midrange, I'd say the EF-S 10-22, Tokina 11-16/2.8, and all the Sigma/Tamron/Tokina ultrawide offerings, if you're looking at ultrawide angle choices. Also the EF 17-40 f/4L USM and the Samyang 14/2.8.

No-Limit: 14L II, 16-35L II, Zeiss ZE Distagon 21 and (not as nice) ZE Distagon 18.

As Richard says, though, you don't need ultrawide to shoot landscapes, it all depends on your compositional sense.

And if you panostitch.

But the 18-55 kit lens that comes with most of the crop bodies these days can be easily pulled into landscape duty. You don't need fancy glass or a full frame to get a good landscape shot.
