IPS monitor?

I'm looking for a good IPS monitor 24" around 500-600 range. I do have some questions about the IPS. I know that H-IPS is the best out there right now, right? Whats the difference from I-IPS, E-IPS, etc...?

In screen size 24"range, what would you guys recommend?

I got really close to buying the dell u2410, it's a I-IPS. I was also looking at the HP 2475w, it one is a H-IPS and about 50 bucks more.

What do you guys use and would recommend?
