Default Decision on canon gear

I follow the blog every week, but it's been a while since I've been on the forums. You guys have saved my sanity in the past and I'm hoping you'll do it again. I'm driving myself mad trying to decide on what to do. I currently have a Canon 50D and Rebel Xt-i with Canon 18-55mm, 28-135, 50 mm, 10-22mm, and 70-200 f/4L Sigma 28-70mm and 70-300 for lenses. People have been asking me to do more and more weddings and I feel if I'm going to keep doing them, I need better equipment. I'm debating between the Canon 7d (leaning towards this) and the Canon 60D for my second camera body, I don't feel the XT-I is enough. I also need an all around lens for the weddings and portraits. I currently use my 70-200 and my kit lens 28-135. Which camera body would you suggest and what is the best lens I can get for under $450.00. (Or lens under $650.00 if the 60D is the way to go) Or should i just focus on a better lens for now and keep using the XT-I? Thank you so much for any advice.
