Default 24mm vs 50mm for travel

I am going for a trip to Europe.
I am trying to figure out whether to buy 24mm lens or not.
I already have 50mm, fish eye, 105mm, and 70-300mm. for d90.
and will be shooting streets of Paris (yeah - don't get jealous), some vicinities and people.
Do oyu think that 50mm would be enough or I need a wide angle lens?

Thank you.

Are you talking a fixed 24mm prime, or a zoom that'll give you 24mm in the mix? (the zoom would be my choice)

On a crop camera it will be too long for a lot street shots (I would go with a 10/12-24 zoom) especially in the older areas.
I havn't used a fish eye.

On a full frame camera then 24mm is good. I speak from personal experience.

Hmmm.
I am not sure what "zoom that'll give you 24mm in the mix" mean.
I am probably(definitely) missing something here.
Could you please elaborate on that?

Thank you for the reply!!

Zoom lenses by nature have a range of focal lengths available..that's why they call them zooms. Let's say you get a 16mm-35mm zoom lens, 24mm is within the available range of a 16 - 35mm lens. Sorry about the "in the mix" confusion

I would suggest something like the Sigma 17-70 or 18-50 lenses...probably the 17-70 f/2.8-4.5 DC OS HSM, under $400. The 18-50mm f/2.8-4 is about 1/2 the price with no major compromise in image. But I'd probably rather have the added versatility of the extra range (the 17-70 is probably also f/4 @ 50mm)

If cost were not a consideration and image quality paramount I'd probably be thinking something like the nikkor 17-35mm f/2.8....almost $1500.

50 + 24. Done.

Of course, I never travel that light ... much as I'd like to.

Thank you - seems like 17-35 is a good option. it would be a good addition to my 50 mm. correct?
Of course, price is the consideration, but I was thinking that if I am investing in something for some time - it should be a good quality.
Thank you so much!
