Polyester blend materials like peachskin: Search Products - Denver Fabrics
The old standby muslin. Ironing is a difficult solution. Try using a steamer instead. While I do iron (even bed sheets, well the parts that show) I use a steamer more often. Never travel without one. You can also hang the material in the shower, turn on hot water to steam or spritz with water while hanging in place. With white, you can blow out the background. Gaussian blur is good too. |

Hi Everyone,
I'm working on the cheap and found that large table cloths work well. Like these: Rectangular Tablecloths - Tablecloths - For Your Tables - LinenTablecloth I have a black one and white one of the longest length, it can be draped over a chair or stool for different effects, Using shower curtain clips I can hang both at the same time to my back-drop frame and pull one or the other behind my subject. Besides wrinkle free, they are nicely weighted. Good luck Pam

This is great! The table cloths are just right for what I've been looking for. I was torn against getting paper or cloth- paper is costly to ship and the fabric at Joann's was not going to be seamless as they only come in 45 in width (plus they're pretty expensive, too). I'm going to spurge on a couple of different colors- you'd be crazy not to for that price! Thanks, Pam!
