Question Editing software

Not sure where to put this so mods feel free to move.

Just wondering if anyone has or knows of any okayish free editing software thats mac friendly? Im not expecting like photoshop standard or anything. At the moment Im using something called Seashore and its a pain.

Thanks,
PB

GIMP can be used on a Mac I believe. It's free and very powerful.

GIMP - for Mac OS X
