Flash Diffuser...

So I'm looking to buy a flash diffuser and would like some recommendations if you have any. I know I can make my own, and I currently have a few different contraptions that I can attach to my SB-600's. The problem is that when I go out to a shoot at these Million $ houses or restaurants I am shooting, and I pull out the flash with these home made contraptions, I tend to get some odd looks and it doesn't look very professional. I was considering the LumiQuest ProMax Pocket Bouncer, but I'm not too sure. I just need to soften up the light a little bit, especially with the food photos, though getting rid of the harsh shadows in the houses would be nice as well...

I'm a big fan of the Lastolite TriGrip diffuser. You can hold it or clamp it in front of the flash and it does a great job diffusing the light and making a softer looking image. It's definitely a pro quality piece of gear, so you won't get funny looks from anyone when you whip that thing out.
