Does anybody use an Induro AKB2 Adventure series tripod? I can get the kit with a ball head and case for under $200. Much cheaper than a comparable item from Manfrotto and others. Is it cheap because the quality is not there? Curious about anyone else's experiences. Thanks.

I looked at those kits but they seemed pretty spindley and the ball head is pretty small and basic. I ended up getting seperate Induro legs and ballhead. Even their smallest ballhead, the BHD0, is much better than what comes in that kit.

I have the AKB1 tripod and really like it. I don't know why I never see Induro tripods mentioned. You seem to get good bang for your buck. I haven't used really heavy lenses on it, but I haven't had any problems with it.

I have a benro which is the same as the Carbon-Flex. I like it quite a bit but I put an AcraTech head on it.
