I need some help here guys. The other morning while the moon was doing the eclipse thing, I grabbed my tripod to snap a few of the moon. Well in my rush I snapped the one leg off. I looked at it and discovered it was all plastic around the top where the legs are attached. Yeah, the legs may be aluminum but that doesn't help if the stress points are plastic. I think I bought this one off Ebay a couple years ago. I believe it only cost about $25. Yeah, I know, you get what you pay for....
Anyone out there have a tripod they would recommend.....that doesn't cost a small fortune. Around $50 -$75. Also, I'm 6'1" so I'm looking for one around 67" on up. B&H has some nice ones like the Sunpak 4300 PB. I would really appreciate any help here...........

I bought this one because I knew I wouldn't be using it much, but have ended up using it more than intended. It is heavy, which doesn't bother me too much. The center section also doubles as a monopod.
