Question Need some advice from the Computer Geeks!

I'm going to install the MCE OptiBay in my Macbook Pro (w/ 4GB ram) to give me an onboard Raid1 storage scheme. (+time machine to external).

I have a few options on the drives (2x) I'm considering:
WD Scorpio 1TB 5200rpm 8MB
Samsung Spinpoint 1TB 5400rpm 8MB
Seagate Momentus 750GB 7200 rpm 16MB

All other specs are the same except the 1TB drives have 3yr warranty and the 750GB drives have 5 yr.

So which would you recommend and why?
I'm leaning towards 2x 750GB drives for their better speed/cache, but I think the extra 250GB of the others could come in quite handy.

My intent is to get rid of my external drive I currently use for photo storage..(it is currently also backed up to another networked drive). The Raid1 + time-machine would give me 2 backups and one always with me "realtime".

Opinions/Suggestions?

Remember that the extra speed of the 750's will make extra heat and use more power so shorter battery life. I would go with the WD personally but that is simply because I am a power miser when it comes to my laptop and I have had fantastic experience with WD drives over 15 years. The Samsung would be my second pick, again heat is a major consideration in a laptop. You would be surprised how much more heat a 7200 drive will make.

Thanks! I keep that in mind.
The WD's seem to have the best reviews and I do wonder about running such large disks so hard in such a small form factor....might not be completely "sorted" yet.
