Yo guys,
I came across this: C-Loop - Camera Strap Mount Solution by Custom SLR — Kickstarter It's currently going to US$35 and $8 international shipping fee... I watched this video and got quite interested in getting one because of the problems with attaching the strap on the top of the camera. What do you guys think of this compared to current available solutions? BlackRapid , Sun Sniper and various others.. The different is that this design still aims for the users to carry the camera on their neck whilst others are aiming to be a side sling on one shoulder. . . . from personal experience, which method do you think would better? Thanks guys! Jason

Black rapid has a tripod plate mount screw adaptation that makes it possible to mount to tripod without removing the black rapid connection - which is nicer than the c-loop perhaps. I like black rapid`s zipline approach - and have been using their straps for nearly 2 years now - a solution I like.
I`d have to try the C-loop to really say though. |

Attaches to tripod socket = instant no for me.
