Default Looking for a camera/laptop backpack

I've combed through a bunch of the threads about this and have done a bit of Googling. So far, I can only find things that are close to what I'm looking for. I'm very picky so I fear what I want may not actually exist.

What I need/want:
- Holds camera with 18-55mm lens attached
- Holds 50mm lens and maybe a 200mm lens
- Holds 15" laptop
- Camera compartment has side load for quick access
- Has compartment for miscellaneous stuff like a change of clothes (this has been the tripping point, most seem to lack the space)
- Is not too bulky when not fully packed. Some bags have straps that pull it into a more compact shape when it's empty, this would be great
- Has waist and chest straps

Basically something like Mountainsmith Borealis AT, but with a side-load for the camera or Lowepro Fastpack 350 with a few more pouches.

Right now, I use a Pakuma Akara K1 which is just a laptop bag. I keep my camera in a smaller case inside of there and can still fit a full change of clothes or bulky over-the-ear headphones in addition to my laptop. It's very nice and very compact when empty. Really, I just wish the bottom of this bag had a dedicated camera compartment. It's otherwise perfect. Very durable, holds a lot, doesn't look big on my bag.

Any suggestions?

I just found the Kata D-3N1-22 3 in 1 Sling Backpack which is almost perfect. I'm just not sure about the size of the top compartment. Hmmm!
