Default Gonna buy a softbox but....
I have a cactus v4 to trigger my flash wirelessly... so can I use a softbox with that attachment? Does anyone have a cactus and a softbox? Im looking at the L brackets and mounts and i don't know if my flash will fit with the cactus on it.

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you wanting to mount the strobe on the camera with an L bracket, or are you getting it off camera?

Sounds like she's trying to mount the flash inside the softbox...

This depends entirely on the softbox.

(also, wait more than 5 hours, especially between 430EST and 930EST. That means that pretty much all of North America is still in bed)

Ok... I have a sb600 and I need to mount it to the hot shoe of a cactus v4 for it to act wirelessly. I want to buy a softbox on a stand, but the cactus v4 is taking up the shoemount for the flash... so what do i do?

It should have a 1/4" thread to mount a tripod pad on, so you can mount it to the tripod, and a hot shoe mount as well.
