Default 322RC2 ball grip head QUESTION
My 322RC2 ball grip head seemed a little loose the other day, but I don't seem to be able to tighten it by using the thumb wheel - it turns but has no impact. Is there some other setting I need to adjust to tighten it?

There are allen keys that you can tighten too.
This bothered me when I first got mine!
I will post up pictures later of what to adjust if you cannot find them!

Thanks, it is amazing what I can learn when I read a manual. Found the allen screw and tightened it up and she works fine now.
