looking for a remote for canon 40d

Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a remote to use with my 40d.
any recommendations?
does these remotes control the auto focus or just shutter?

I use Yongnuo RF-602s I got off eBay, which double as off-camera flash triggers. They allow for half-press and full press of the shutter button, so yes, it can control the AF/AE as well as the shutter, depending on how the camera's custom functions are set.

Most remotes, whether cable releases or wireless triggers will do the half-press/full-press functions.
