hueypro with windows 7 on toshiba laptop

i just got a brand new toshiba computer satelitte l655 with win 7, and i have put on the new 1.5.1 the newest hueypro program(as that is for win 7 and the older one didn't work so i thought i needed to upgrade) and my software can't find the DEVICE i have tried both usb plus and nothing..

I know the usb works tried backup drive and usb stick

So i then went to my old toshiba and my desktop and it works just fine.. why is this such a problem.. you get new stuff and it doesn't work..


any help would be great..

How did this get resolved? I am going through this now with Windows 7. I've been running it okay and then all of a sudden I'm having problems. I can't seem to get anyone at Huey Pro to return my calls on this. I replaced my old unit with a new one and I am having the same problems. I think the Microsoft updates have conflicted with Huey Pro's software 1.51.
