Default Nice wide angle
I need a fairly decent wide angle lens for my D700.
I cannot afford the Nikon 14-24. Any off brands that may suit my fancy until I come across more cash? I want one for interior work and not a DX lens. Thanks,

Thanks for the reply.
But that sucker is $1200 and it's not an off brand. I was hoping for off brand because I know they are cheaper. I just can't afford a $1000 lens right now.

Hmmm.. thanks for that. It sounds kind of appealing and not a bad price. I know it's probably not as sharp as the Nikon but you're happy with it? Would you consider it would make a good pro lens if a person chose to some day go in that direction?
