I知 new to photography and the same is my hobby also.
I知 pretty confused whether I go fore Tripod or Monopod? Both are same or they have different different working functions? Also I知 confused in when I say Tripod or Monopod they come with the assembly of Tripod/Monopod with Head or I need to purchase separately? Can anybody suggest me good Tripod or Monopod?

A monopod is less stable than a tripod. Think of it as VR or IS in a stick. It's limited to only two or three stops. A tripod, if it's stable enough, won't have a limit on the shutter speeds you can use. A monopod is cheaper, smaller, and more easily used in a number of situations where a tripod might be awkward, so which one you want depends on the amount of stability and mobility you need.
Most good monopods and tripods allow you to interchange the head. So, yes, you probably do need to buy a separate head to go with your tripod legs or monopod, if you don't get a kit with both.
