Default To flexirent or to buy?

Hi all
Just after some advice im looking to get a lens and some other gear which I was going to purchase but after doing reasearch and looking around I came across a company that flexirent out gear so I was considering perhaps doing that instead. By flexirenting it I can pay $30 a week and get the better gear rather then settleing for lesser because I dont have enough. Also if something better or newer comes out I can exchange what I have for better gear! Has anybody done anything similar or have an opinion? here is a link to the companys page Cameras Perth & Photography Perth, Camera Film & Photographic Equipment Perth - PRA Imaging Western Australia (WA) look throughly through their agreements and am quite happy with them just wondering if it the best idea! All advice really appreciated

What does the term "flexirent" means? If it's anything like the lens hire companies here, you rent the lens for a specific space of time.

I think it is like rent to own. I generally steer clear of things like this because you end up paying three to four times what the item is worth. Unless it is something you just have to have for whatever reason, I would just save your money and buy it out right.
