Lensbaby opinions

Hi,

Any one have any experience with Lensbaby? I really like that soft focus effect and they seem s to be very reasonably priced. Suggestions and opinions please.

I have a lensbaby 2.0. I use it on occasion, but in all honesty, very rarely now. It's kind of fun to play with, but I think it has to suit your style as well. If you like the soft focus effect, it would do well with that

Since that older thread, I got one. Well, actually, I got the 2.0, and now have the currently-made Muse with swappable optics. In short, I really love it. My "hit rate" of keepers goes way, way down, but I enjoy the immediate feel of photography with the lens. Every image is a very unique interpretation of a fleeting instant, never to be reproduced. (You can't do that in photoshop. )

In retrospect, I shouldn't have sold the 2.0 version -- it's more compact than the Muse, which would have made me take it along more. Oh well.
